Shipping & Delivery

We offer free Australia wide shipping on all orders. Areas include Queensland, New South Wales, Canberra, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania. For express shipping please call your order in as soon as possible. Additional fees may be applied to cover the cost increase. You will be credited for the standard shipping and only pay real postal charge increases based on speed. We can handle any size order, no order is too large or too small.

Returns & Replacements

Where an incorrect or faulty item has been supplied, we will happily cover the costs of return shipping. Notification of an incorrect or faulty product should be made within 14 days of purchase. Goods damaged in transit will be replaced at our expense. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment (e.g. credit card payments will receive a credit card refund).

Returned goods must in original condition and be of merchantable quality.

Labels & Pricemarking Supplies is not obliged to provide a refund or replacement where the incorrect item was ordered, or you have changed your mind. Should you wish to return such a product or products, the return shipping costs will be borne by you, the purchaser.

Labels & Pricemarking Supplies will make every effort to provide a quality service and resolve any complaints or issues. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, a refund will be issued in a timely manner.


Ordering

Orders for Labels & Pricemarking Supplies can be placed over the phone or online. Online orders can be placed as either a guest user or with an account. In order to create an account, click Log-In at the top and follow the necessary steps to create your account. Creating an account will allow you to view your entire order history. Anyone that decides to use the guest checkout system may not have a permanent record of their transaction history. We do not guarantee that guest purchase data will be stored for future usage. All online orders are subject to the terms and conditions of the Magento e-commerce platform.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All electronic credit card orders will be processed at the time of shipping. We will place a hold on the credit card immediately upon receiving the order. Unless otherwise noted, the prices listed on our site are current and valid. Prices can change at any time without notice. Promotions are limited and may only be used within the specific time period allotted. After any promotional time period ends, there will be no additional sales at that promotional price, unless otherwise noted. Secondary sales after the promotional time period will be offered at current online prices.


Viewing Orders

In order to view information about your order, you must have your Order ID, Last Name and Email Address or Billing Zip Code. Input these pieces of information into the Order Form here, to view your order information. This includes your payment invoice, as well as billing and shipping methods. For viewing your entire order history, you must have a registered account with Labels & Pricemarking Supplies. Click Log-in at the top of the screen and follow the directions for creating your account. This will allow you to look up information for all of the orders you place during the duration of your account.


Updating Account Information

It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. Labels & Pricemarking Supplies is not responsible for any issues with billing or shipping that arise due to the presence of incorrect information.
